These black and gold stud earrings have been handmade from reticulated sterling silver and keum boo which is a traditional Korean technique.  The reticulated silver has a lovely  rippled surface and 24 ct gold foil is applied to the surface creating keum boo earrings.  These stud earrings would make a wonderful birthday gift idea, stocking filler or treat for yourself and they will be delivered gift wrapped.
 
The circle stud earrings are created from silver circles which have been domed and have a diameter of 14 mm.   I have darkened the surface of the earrings with a patina which colours the silver black and contrasts beautifully with the gold.
