This beautiful butterfly hair pin has been handmade from a sheet of brass and brass wire.  It's a pretty hair accessory which would make an unusual birthday gift for a friend. 
 
The buttterfly was handcut from the sheet, textured and folded and soldered on to a textured brass hair pin.
 
It looks beautiful in any colour of hair and is a lovely way to add a touch of nature to your hair do.  It's lovely to wear as part of a wedding hair do or to a party or simply on a summer's day.
