This beautiful handmade necklace has been handmade from recycled sterling silver and a beautiful Scottish Lewisian Gneiss gemstone which is renowned for its unique patterns formed over three billion years in the Outer Hebrides.
 
From the top of the gemstone are hand cut fern leaves which add an extra touch of nature to the pendant.   The back of the pendant has been left open and the chain fastens with a handmade toggle clasp although I can replace this with a traditional lobster clasp on request.  The pendant measures 25 x 14 mm.
 
This pendant is ideal for nature lovers or someone wanting to wear a piece of Scotland while far from home.  It has been hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office and will be delivered gift wrapped.
