These beautiful emerald earrings have been handmade from recycled sterling silver and slices of emerald gemstones.  The emeralds hang from sterling silver flowers and are free to gently swing.  These would make a wonderful gift for someone that has a May birthday as emeralds are the May birthstone.  
 
The approximate diameter of the flowers is 12 mm and the total length of the earrings is 27 mm.  The emerald slices are rose cut and freeform in shape and measure approximately 10 mm.  The flowers are textured and have a silver granulation ball at the centre.
 
I love the dark swirls of colour through the emeralds and the way that they gently move when worn.  The back of the emeralds has a little silver swirl to add an extra touch of interest.
